Consent Items are Orders Issued Without HearingConsent Agenda items are non-controversial items approved as a group by the Commission pursuant to the Commission's August 25, 2000 Standing Order Designating Certain Filings as Filings Subject to Approval Under Minn. Stat. Sect. 216A.03, Subd. 7, Docket No. P-999/CI-00-634 or the Commission's Consent Calendar subcommittee process authorized under Minn. Stat. Sect. 216A.03, Subd. 8, and approved by the Commission at its December 18, 2001 agenda meeting. This includes items that require formal approval; without the need for a full hearing. Any consent agenda item pulled for discussion will be heard during a regularly scheduled Agenda meeting. All decisions relating to docketed matters are recorded in written orders. Consent Items will be identified as Informal Orders on the Orders web page. Informal Orders will be updated each Tuesday to report Orders issued the previous week.
